RBTS Testing Capabilities

A wide variety of testing services are available at RBTS, including those listed, as well as other testing requested by our customers.

Fixture built to test the ability of hose to withstand shearing of 2″ steel plate dropped from 4′.

Crush test of 2″ x 4″ HIHTL sample. Coupons subsequently passed “proof pressure testing.”

Testing of HIHTL sample to withstand being crushed by crane outrigger. Hose samples subsequently passed hydro-test.

Testing of HIHTL sample to withstand being run over by truck. Hose samples subsequently passed hydro-test.
